The terms that govern access to StepWise and its study tools.

Service and eligibility
StepWise is an educational question-bank and study-planning service operated by Muzzammil Hussain. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, and you are responsible for truthful account information and protecting your credentials.
Plans, trial, and access
The introductory trial lasts up to 3 days and is capped at 100 assigned questions, whichever comes first. Paid plans currently shown by StepWise are USD $12 for one month and USD $35 for six months. Access, renewal, taxes, and any automatic renewal are controlled by the checkout terms shown before confirmation; no charge is authorized without that confirmation.
Acceptable use and content
Use the service for personal study. Do not share credentials, scrape or republish question content, bypass limits, submit malicious files, reverse engineer the service, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users. StepWise may suspend abusive or fraudulent activity and will preserve relevant security evidence.
Referrals and shared analytics
A qualifying referral can give the invited user 10% off an eligible first verified plan purchase and give the inviter 15 additional subscription days after that purchase is confirmed. Rewards are one-time, auditable, and may be reversed for refunds or fraud. Shared error analytics require explicit consent from both verified peers and use thresholded aggregates; names, raw answers, and individual scores are excluded.

Changes, termination, and governing law
We may improve, suspend, or retire features for security, legal, or operational reasons and will post material policy changes here. You may stop using the service or request account deletion through support. These operational terms are intended for use in Pakistan and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
